Air Gas (Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon) Plants for Sale

Used 400 TPD Air Separation Unit built in 2013 and operated for approximately 1,250 hrs. The capacity is a nitrogen gas flow rate of 775 Nm3/hr at 10.7 barg, and a liquid nitrogen flow rate of 12 Nm3/hr with 2 ppm max oxygen content; an oxygen gas flowrate of 12,463 Nm3/hr at 3.3 barg at a purity of 99.00%, and a liquid oxygen flow rate of 75 Nm3/hr at a purity of 99.00%; a liquid argon flowrate of 19.4 metric tons per day and a purity of 3 ppm max oxygen content and 10 ppm maximum nitrogen content.

Used 3 TPD Air Separation Unit applies the latest technology to produce ultra high purity (UHP) liquid oxygen. The plant can achieve low power consumption high reliability, and rapid restart. The UHP O2 is discharged to batch tank with in-line leading indicator (N2 & Ar) analysis prior to transfer to product tank. All the equipment for this cryogenic air separation unit has never been used since it was manufactured. The plant has a lot of spares still packaged in boxes.

Used 25,000 SCFH (670 Nm3/hr) PSA nitrogen plant built on the basis of Air Products PRISM PSA technology. Product pressure 85 PSIG (6.0 Kg/cm2), purge pressure 22 - 24 PSIG (1.5 - 1.7 Kg/cm2), PSA maximum bed pressure 99 - 110 PSIG (7.0 - 7.7 kg/cm2). Product purity: 0.5% oxygen. The plant has an Atlas Copco GA315-150 air compressor. Compressed ambient air is fed to the PRISM PSA System. A minimum inlet pressure of 110 PSIG is required in order to produce the designed product capacity. The compressed air then enters one of the two adsorption vessels where the oxygen and nitrogen are preferentially separated. The feed air is then switched to the second vessel where the adsorption process continues.

Used 225 MTPD Air Separation Unit. The plant capacity and performance are based on the following design conditions of inlet air: Flow 22,800 SCFM, Pressure 97 PSIA, Temperature 105 °F Max. Oxygen Motor: Syncro-Pac brushless synchronous motor, 1750 HP, 300 RPM.

Used VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen plant built in 2018 and operated for only 8 months. Product purity greater than 93%, output pressure 14.5 psig, oxygen dew point -70 C. Power consumption 0.36 KWH per Nm3 of oxygen; power requirements: 380 V, 50 Hz, 3 phases. New zeolite catalyst included.

Used (2) x 100 TPD cryogenic oxygen plants. These plants produce oxygen in gas and liquid forms. Air undergoes filtration and compression using 3-stage centrifugal compressors (100% or 70%). Compressed air is then cooled in a water-cooled aftercooler and further cooled in reversing heat exchangers. In the distillation columns, the cold air is separated into oxygen product and waste nitrogen. An intermediate air stream is diverted to the expansion turbine for refrigeration. Liquid oxygen is extracted from the low-pressure column and stored, while gas oxygen is warmed against incoming air and released at 16 Psia. Waste nitrogen cleans the reversing exchanger passages, is warmed against incoming air, and released. Silica gel traps remove entrained hydrocarbons from the main condenser.

Used 2,900 TPD Air Separation Unit (ASU). The ASU can produce 2.7 MMSCFH (2,900 TPD) oxygen at 99.6% purity, 5.2 MMSCFH liquid nitrogen at 99.97% and 120,000 SCFH argon at 96.72%.

Used (2) X 100 TPD Air Products Oxygen Vacuum Swing Adsorption Plants built in 2010. These facilities consists of Oxygen Vacuum Swing Adsorption (O2 VSA) plants and oxygen compressors. The VSA plant separates air into its two principal constituents: nitrogen and oxygen, using adsorption technology. The oxygen is sent to an O2 compressor and then delivered to point of use as product. The nitrogen, along with any contained water vapor and carbon dioxide, is safely vented. O2 Product purity 93%.

Used 180 TPD Air Separation Unit Oxygen plant. Designed by BOC. Oxygen purity >98%, discharge pressure 368 psia. Cold Box and Warm Skid was refurbished by Plant Process.

Used 160 TPD Improved Cryogenic Oxygen (ICO) Plant. Designed by BOC. The plant produces >98% purity oxygen, outlet pressure up to 190 PSIA after booster compressor. Total plant power consumption 2830 KHW. The procedure starts with the introduction of atmospheric air into the air separation unit, finishing in the distribution of gaseous oxygen (GO) through the pipeline.

Used 750 STPD ASU with MG Industries Cold Box and Atlas Copco compressors built in 1996 and shut down in 2019 . The plant is designed to produce 750 STPD of LOX at 99.5% purity (max 50 ppm N2) at 5.5 bara, 2063 STPD of LIN (max 1 ppm O2) at 1.18 bara, and 36 STPD of LAR (max 1 ppm O2, 2 ppm N2) at 1.4 bara. Electricity consumption: 1.26 Kwh/100 SCF.

Used PVSA (Pressure Vacuum Swing Adsorption) oxygen plant designed and supplied by Sumitomo Seika of Japan is now for sale immediately available. Plant commissioned in 2017. Capacity 55 TPD (1,612 Nm3/hour). Product purity 93%, pressure 23.2 PSI (0.16 MPa(G)), temperature 40 - 45 degree C, dew point -60 degree C at 1 atm. Power consumption: 0.4 KWh/Nm3 of 93% O2 at 23.2 PSI. Total installed power 1,070 KW. All the equipment is in excellent condition. The plant has spare parts in stock for two years of operation. OEM support also available.

Unused 428Nm3H (15,115SCFH) at 95% N2/vol - 210Nm3H (7,416SCFH) at 99.5% N2/vol Cryowise Nitrogen Plant built in 2017. Uses Nitrogen Pressure-Swing Adpsorption. Fully containerized and includes air compressor, filters, refrigerated dryer, air filtration, carbon tower, air tank, nitrogen PSA, and nitrogen tank. Has PLC controls, with 5 different purity settings: 95.00% N2/vol (428 Nm3H), 97.00% N2/vol (365 Nm3H), 98.00% N2/vol (302 Nm3H), 99.00% N2/vol (238 Nm3H), and 99.50% N2/vol (210 Nm3H). Outlet Pressure is 5 bar (72.5psig). Entire system draws 93kW max during start-up, and a 74kW nominal draw during normal operation. Electrics are 400V AC/3-Phase 50Hz.

Used 278 MTPD liquid nitrogen plant for sale. The plant was commissioned in 2004. It produces CGA Grade L Type II liquid nitrogen (99.998% purity at dew point -90 °F). The air separation unit separates atmospheric air into its primary elements: Nitrogen (78 %), oxygen (21%), and argon with trace amounts of other gases (1%). This process consists of three stages. First is the compression stage where atmospheric air is pre-filtered, compressed and then subsequently cooled. Next is the purification stage in which the process air is then passed through reversing valves which remove water vapor, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons. The third stage is the distillation stage. Process air enters into a distillation column where it is separated. Average power consumption 0.88 KWH/Nm3.

Unused (2) 110 TPD each VPSA Plant consists of two (2) identical process modules. The plant operation is a periodic batch process, in which adsorbent material is alternately fed with pressurized air to produce the required product, and regenerated by vacuum to remove the residual gases from the adsorbent. During the generation of oxygen, a cyclic swing between overpressure and vacuum occurs. To reduce energy consumption, the pressure is equalized between the production and regeneration steps. Each adsorber undergoes a cyclic process consisting of (1) Adsorption (O2 production); (2) Desorption (evacuation); (3)Re-pressurization (pressure build-up). VPSA plants provide great energy efficiency and flexibility to applications for furnace enrichment, oxygen fuel burners, glass manufacturing, gold bleaching, water treatment, steel mills, oxygen bleaching at pulp and paper mills, uranium recovery, and ozone generation. They are often the most cost-effective oxygen production choice up to 60 tons per day or more, providing high purity oxygen is not required.

Used 185,000 SCFH Nitrogen Plant built in 1998. Generates 99.999% nitrogen. The plant consists of a compression package and a cooling package (cold box), the receiver tanks, and the components and systems to control and monitor the whole process. This plant is a hybrid system. It has two columns (N50 and N70) with a shared control system designed to run the two units independently. It is currently configured so that only one column can operate at a given time and the other column is used as a backup. The compression package consists of three air compressors that feed the cold box. This package also includes the coolers and motors. The cold box is arranged in a cylindrical steel case. The space between the components and the case is filled with an insulating material to prevent energy losses. The main components are Reversible Heat Exchanger, Cold Side Gel Trap, Liquefier, Distillation Column, Main Condenser, Expansion Turbine, Liquid Tank, Liquid Nitrogen Storage Tank, Environmental Vaporizers.

Used 160 TPD gaseous oxygen (95% at 50 psig) and 87 TPD gaseous nitrogen (99.99% at 50 psig) Air Separation Unit . Joy TAE -160, 3-stage air compressor, Atlas Copco 2-stage centrifugal product compressor. Compressor motor 3,000 HP Westinghouse. Power consumption 2,240 KW. ETAO-4 turbine, oil loaded expander. Plant dismantled, equipment ready for packing and shipment.

Used 125,000 SCFH (or 112 TPD) Oxygen VSA (Vacuum Swing Adsorption) Plant producing at 93 +/- 2 % purity. The process unit has 3 bed VSA; pressure off VSA is 5 - 7 PSI; Pressure off booster is 200 +/1 10 PSI. The plant has (2) compressors / blowers of 770.6 HP/880 RPM and 1133.4 HP/892 RPM, respectively; (2) ABB motors of 4000 V / 1250 HP; (1) Sulzer - Burckhardt booster of 594 RPM; (3) absorber vessels; (1) Basco air blower aftercooler; (1) HP GOX buffer vessle. The plant has GE Fanuc control system. The plant was started in 2000, and now is still in operation. All equipment is in excellent running condition.

Used 100,000 SCFH Nitrogen Plant built in 1991. Capacity is as follows: 1,900 - 2,850 M3/hr (67,000 - 100,000 SCFH). This plant produces high purity gaseous nitrogen (no more than 1 ppb oxygen).
