The plant is designed to produce 750 STPD of LOX at 99.5% purity (max 50 ppm N2) at 5.5 bara, 2063 STPD of LIN (max 1 ppm O2) at 1.18 bara, and 36 STPD of LAR (max 1 ppm O2, 2 ppm N2) at 1.4 bara.
