Used 5000 gallon Vertical T316 Stainless Steel Tank. Manufactured by Ipsco Fabricators. 9'1.75"Straight SIde x 80"OD. Cone top, flat bottom. Top and side openings. Built 1971.
Used 4750 Gallon, 304 Stainless Steel, Vertical Tank. 84" Diameter x 200" straight side, flat top, sloped bottom. Internal sidewall ladder. Openings top 1-1/2" tri-clamp, (2) 2" NPT, 3-1/2" threaded, 20" man way with cover. 2-1/2" Off center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 carbon steel legs with skirt. No manufacturers tag. Previous use: water storage for brewery.
Used 4500 gallon stainless stell mix tank. 7'6"ID x 14' Straight-side (OAH 18'). Flat top, slight cone bottom with 2” diameter center bottom discharge. Top head includes MixMor Model T0B-2-N20 bridge mounted, top entering agitator drive and a partial hinged lid. Agitation includes a stainless steel shaft and two 4-blade pitched turbine bolted paddles, driven by 2 HP, 208-230/460V, 1725 RPM, 3/60Hz motor thru Falk gear reducer. (4) Leg mounted.
Used vertical 304 Stainless Steel 4000 Gal Tank with agitator, mfg by Reco, 1967. Cone top, Flat bottom. 8' dia x 10'6" Straight side. 3/16" Thickness. Bottom head support. 5 HP Agitator. Top Nozzles: (2)1.5", (4)4", 6", 10"; Shell 20" Manway, (3)1.5", 3". Previous use: Glycol Extraction Tank.
Used 4000 gallon Stainless Steel mix tank. Manufactured by CE Howard. Style 12448 B. 7'D x 13 Straight side (18'3" OAH) with flat top and cone bottom. 3.5" Center bottom discharge with threaded connection to 90-degree elbow pipe. Top head includes MixMor Model T0-1.5 bridge-mounted, top-entering agitator drive, two 3” diameter openings, and partial hinged lid. Agitation includes stainless steel shaft and two 4-blade pitched turbine bolted paddles driven by 2 HP motor. Stand mounted. Serial #9754-1.

Flow control transmitter, temp probe, mounted on steel legs. Serial #4-8352-1. Built 1999. Previously used as pulper/finisher feed tank in food processing facility.

Used fully reconditioned 2,500 gallon 316L stainless steel processing tank with dome top, cone bottom and pressure wall. Mfg DCI. 316L interior, top manway, offset vertical agitator, double spray wall, 2" outlet, stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, 23 Sq Ft jacketed on lower side wall only. Approximately 88" Dia X 183" H. Serial # D-53937.

Top-entering, flange-mounted agitation with stainless steel shaft and two 3-blade stainless steel props, driven by 3 HP, 208-220/440V, 1760 RPM, 3/60Hz motor. 18” diameter top-entering manway with six top inlets two 4”, two 2” & two 1 1/2”. Lug Mounted within mild steel frame with (4) legs and footpads.

Used 2000 Gallon Stainless Steel Agitated Tank. 6’4” diameter x 8’ straight side (10"9' OAH) with a slight cone top and slight cone bottom, 2 1/2” diameter center bottom discharge with a 90-degree elbow. Side-entering agitator connected to flange connection. Agitator driven by 2 HP motor. Top head includes 18” diameter manway and two 2-1/2” diameter openings. Straight side includes side ladder with step platform. (5) Leg mounted.
Used 2000 gallon Stainless Steel agitated tank. 6'D x 10' Straight side (12' OAH). Cone top, sloped bottom with 2" side discharge with manual valve and sample port with valve. 2HP Side entering agitator. 18" Top manway and (2) 2" openings. (6) Leg mounted.

Unused 1200 gallon vertical 304 Stainless Steel quench tank. Manufactured by Bendel. Internal rated ATMOS @ -20 to 600 F. Welded dished heads. 4'D X 12'H straight side. Top Fittings: 12" "U" vent. 3" center bottom drain. (1) 4" side top inlet, (1) 6" side bottom outlet, (1) 12" side bottom inlet connected to downspout sparge tube. (1) 2" side bottom inlet for level switch, (1) 2" offset bottom outlet for temperature transmitter, and (1) 30" side bottom manway. (8) center baffle clips, (2) center baffles, (2) outer baffles .Shell and Head thickness 0.25". Mounted on (4) angle iron legs giving 23" clearance from bottom outlet to floor. Insulated and covered with aluminum sheathing. Serial #14716-1/1. Built 2015. Weight 4500#

Tank measures 90" diameter X 40" straight side with cone bottom. Includes 20" top manway. Complete with heavy-duty scrape agitator driven by 2 HP, 230/460 V, 1750 rpm Baldor motor through SEW Eurodrive. 2" center bottom outlet with tri-clamp fitting. Mounted on four (4) stainless steel pipe legs. Includes side-mounted ladder. Previously used in an Research & Development facility. (NOTE: Jacket leaks)
