Used 36 MW cogeneration plant. Consisting of two 18 MW power plants built by MAN B&W of Germany in 2001. Each unit is powered by an 18-cylinder, four-stroke diesel engine operating at 500 rpm and delivering 18,900 kW of mechanical output, coupled to SIEMENS generators rated at 18,000 kW (23,110 kVA), 6.3 kV, 50Hz, 6300V, 2118 Amp, and 500 rpm. The complete installation includes ALSTOM 24,000 kVA, 50 Hz transformers, heat recovery steam boilers capable of producing 8,000 kg/h of 7 barg steam each, and full auxiliary systems such as piping, pumps, fuel and lube oil systems, and control cubicles. The units achieve an electrical efficiency of 97% and consume 185 g/kWh of fuel oil #6, with oil consumption of 16.6 kg/h using Shell Argina X40. Both engines have undergone regular daily, weekly, and major 24,000-hour maintenance, with operating hours recorded at 30,119 and 27,278. Each cogeneration unit remains in ready-to-operate condition, preserved with weekly manual turning gear operations, and includes a complete set of spare parts and maintenance tooling. System produces 13 MWh of recoverable heat, suitable for industrial heating, district heating, or steam turbine integration, with all equipment well-maintained and offered as-is, where-is.
