Gas-to-Liquids Plant - 1,100 BPD

Stock # 530
Capacity 1,100 BPD
Products Wax (J40, J54, J70, J100), Diesel, Naphtha

Overview

1,100 BPD Gas-to-Liquid facility for sale. The facility includes nine process sections: (1) Feed Preparation; (2) Steam Methane Reformer (SMR); (3) Syngas Cooling Train; (4) Syngas Compression; (5) Hydrogen Separation (membrane process); (6) Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis; (7) Product Fractionation; (8) Wax Hydrogenation; (9) Wax Short-Path Distillation. The 46.5 MMSCFD Linde-designed SMR was commissioned in 1994 and operated as a syngas plant for 10 years. It was re-designed by Linde in 2015 for supplying syngas to the new GTL facility. The Fischer-Tropsch reactor and the product fractionation units were manufactured in 2015 to produce wax (J40, J54, J70 and J100), diesel and naphtha from syngas. Maximum wax output is 10,000 Lbs/hour. The plant has Yokagawa DCS control system. The facility includes 10.5 acres of land with easy transportation of railway and highway. Complete technical documents available.
