Includes 265 gallon 316L stainless steel vessel rated for full vacuum and 100 PSI @ -4 deg. F. to 300 deg. F. Vessel is jacketed for 100 PSI @ - 4 deg. F. to 300 deg. F. Equipped with (12) trays offering 21.47 Sq Ft area allowing 1.57 cu ft cake volume. SN FX-56431. Internal rated 75 psi @ 200 degrees F, stainless steel steam jacket rated 90 psi @ 335 degrees F. Tank capacity 40 gallons. Equipped with Durco mark II, 316 SS 7.5 HP motor. Mounted on legs to a portable cart.

Used NF automatically discharged horizontal disk Kieselgur Filter for Beer, 274 Gallon (1040 liter) DE Filter, Manufactured by Della Toffola, Model NF20. 101 psig (7 bar) MAWP @185F (85C), Serial #164144. Built 2016. The NF automatically discharged horizontal disk kieselgur filters are suitable for filtering beer and perfect for filtering operations on large amounts of liquid with low percentages of solids in suspension because they combine very rapid working times with excellent filtering results. This type of filter relies on a unique system that keeps the filter cake intact even in the case of accidental interruptions in the filtering process. The centrifugal discharging of the cake makes the emptying and cleaning operations quick and easy, and servicing procedures also take up very little time because the filter’s structure has been designed to facilitate these activities to the utmost.
