Used Stainless Fabrication Inc. Stainless Steel Reactor, 1,500 gallon capacity, internally rated for 45 psi at 212 degrees F/minus 20 degrees F. Jacket rated for 50 psi at 300 degrees F/minus 20 degrees F. Interior is constructed of SA240 S31803 (2205 Duplex) stainless, jacket is constructed of 316L stainless steel, ASME code constructed. Vessel measures 7' diameter x 7' straight side, internal baffles, dish top and bottom with 3" diameter center bottom outlet, approximately 36" discharge height. Complete with top entering agitation, driven by 10 HP, 230/460V, 1735 rpm motor thru 14.11:1 gearbox (123 output rpm), stainless steel shaft and (2) 4-blade turbine agitator blades. Top head includes 20" diameter manway with clamped cover, 6" opening for pressure relief valve, (3) 3" and (2) 2" flanged openings. Mounted on (4) 8" diameter stainless steel pipe legs with footpads.
