Approximate maximum air flow capacity 0 to 1700 SCFM, average inlet temperature 40-115 degrees F., minimum thermal operating temperature 1400 degrees F., average operating temperature 1650 degrees F., maximum thermal operating temperature 1800 degrees F., chamber residence time (1) second. Consists of: (1) 316 stainless steel chamber, approximate 20' tall stack, thermal oxidizer 5,150,000 BTU burner, (1) Robinson combustion air blower, flow approximate 1260 SCFM, (2) New York blowers, each air flow approximate 1800 SCFM, (1) 316 stainless steel knockout tank, (1) 316 stainless steel HEPA filter, control panel with Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drives, DigiTrace heat tracing controllers, Allen-Bradley PLC, and an Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 1500.
