Unused 125 HP High Intensity Mixer. Manufactured by Lancaster. 9'7 3/8" Height x 13'6" Length x 8'9 1/2" Wide. Dual Rotor High Intensity Mixer Type. 3000 liters maximum batch capacity. 1680 kg of damp sulfur mix at a nominal loose bulk density of 560 kg/m3. 105 Cubic Feet Maximum Mixer Working Capacity, 10,500 lbs (Material Density of 100 lbs/cuft). Carbon Steel with a 316 Stainless Steel Liner. (2) 125 HP, 575 Vac./ 3 ph./ 60 Hz. High Speed Rotor Drive (Belt Drive). 30 HP, 575 Vac./ 3 ph./ 60 hz. Mixing Pan Drive (Gear Type). 30 HP, 575 Vac./ 3 ph. / 60 hz. Plow Drive (Gear Type). Bottom Hydraulically Operated Pan Discharge Valve. Rotating pan and a counterclockwise rotating mixing plow. Three-dimensional macro mixing streams, two stationary side scrapers into the two counterclockwise rotors for high-intensity mixing. Model K-8. Built in 2014. 3 units available.

Used 200 Liter Henschel High Intensity Mixer. Model FM200, serial #A04525, new 1996. Mixer equipped with 3-tier blades, operator control panel, 50/25 hp 2-speed motor, 460 volt AC input with 2-speed starter. Has air actuated discharge valve with deflector blade.

Used Strong Scott Turbulizer for continuous high shear paddle mixing. Stainless steel construction. Model TJS 14B. Equipped with 20 hp Reeves drive. Half jacketed rated 150 psi @ 650° F. Mixing chamber is 14" in diameter by 40" long. The paddled rotor turns at a maximum of 2400 rpm. It has 4" x 10" top infeed and bottom discharge. Also has a 6.5" x 34.5" access door. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Fair condition.

Used 5HP Munson High Intensity Blender. Model HIM-83-S30. Application: dry ingredients, slurries, and pastes. Approximate capacity: 300 cubic feet per hour. Power: 5 HP, 1170 rpm, 460 volt, 3 ph, 60hz, Leeson TEFC motor. VFD included. Inlet: 4" x 4". Outlet: 4" diameter. Inlet nozzle for additive: 1/2". Serial #60454.

Used 200 Cu Ft 304 Stainless Steel Custom Built Continuous Mixer. Non-jacketed trough approximate 60” wide x 144” long x 60” deep. Approximate 8” diameter shaft with a single outer ribbon 3” wide x 3/8” thick, welded to 3” wide bars. Bolt on top cover with openings, end bottom outlet. Driven by a 3 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1735 rpm gear motor.

Used 10 Liter Henschel High Intensity Mixer. Model FM10, serial #001006. Has pneumatic actuated discharge valve, with 3-tier blades. Mounted on casters and unitized base.
