Used 50 gal LEE Vertical Agitated Pressure Vessel, Sanitary Stainless Steel 50 gal. Lee Model 50-DBT Vertical Agitated Pressure Vessel, 24" dia x 28" straight side, welded dished heads, Sanitary Stainless Steel construction with polished internal finish, rated 100 PSI/ Full Vacuum @ -20 F to 250 F internal, top openings: (5) 1.5" , (1) 2" , (1) 8" manway with cover, center bottom outlet, unit agitated by 1/2 HP, 3/60/ 208-230-460 volt 1725 RPM motor with 3 blade propellor agitator, (1) internal rotating style spray ball, lug mount, ASME & NB Code Stamped, Built 2001.

Used 18 gallon (70 liter), 316 stainless steel, Reactor Body/Tank manufactured by Precision Stainless. Internal rated 15 PSI/FV. Jacket rated 45 PSI at 392 deg. F. Unit has bolt on top with (5) 1-1/2" inlet; (1) 4" center inlet and (1) 4" side inlet. Unit has 1" inlet/outlet on jacket, and 1-1/2" center bottom discharge. Unit manufactured in 1997, national board 7209, serial number 5209-1.

Used approximately 15 gallon working capacity stainless steel sanitary mix tank. Approximately 16" diameter X 18" deep. Flat clamped top. Dished bottom. Internal rated 3 bar/ Full vacuum at 134 degrees C. Bottom entering agitation. Controls. Also includes chilling system for jacket. Built by Vestec Morttz. Built 1997.

Used DCI approximately 50 liter (approx. 13 Gal) 316 Stainless Steel Pressure Tank rated 120 psi @ 350°F. 12" diameter X 21" straight side. With clamped top. Openings: 3", 2", and 1.5" top nozzles, (2) 1" threaded side.

Used 10 Gallon vertical 304L-SS Tank. Internal Rated 200 PSI @ 125 deg F. Dished heads. 12" dia x 18" T/T (OAL - 2'). Shell thickness: 0.25"; Mfg by Best Mfg Co, 1977, S/N: A-2094, NB# 1821. Previous Use: Break Drum. Approx Wt: 195 lbs.
