Unused 24" Meltblown line. Major components include: extruder and base. Manufactured by US Extruders. 2.5" Dia Barrel 24:1 L/D with motor and gearbox 4 zone with 20HP motor and VFD. Serial #000002. Built 2018. Electrically heated melt filter with manual screen changer, Polymer melt pump with VFD, 24" die and nozzle, Pneumatic pellet loader, 35kW Air heater, 450 CFM blower, Stainless Steel forming screen, Vetaphone winder with pneumatic tension control and HMI Central Controls.

Used 3.5" Beringer Slide Plate Screen Changer. Model #1228-M-315, serial #R31006. Includes hydraulic pumping system. Screen changer mounted on stand supplying approximately 42" discharge height. Max operating pressure: 7500. Max operating temperature: 600 degrees F.

Used 2.5" 24/1 L/D American Kuhne air cooled Extruder. Barrel is standard height 42" centerline. 29kw (40hp) motor and Yaskawa F7 VFD drive. 17.53/1 Kohlmann gearbox rated at 75 hp. Gefren Model 600 temperature controllers. 460 volt AC input. Also see stock # 21661.

Used 2.36” 32:1 L/D Vented Single-Screw Extruder. Manufactured by Gloucester. Barrel: 45” centerline height. Driven by a 50 hp DC motor and SCR control. Gearbox: 9.48:1 ratio, serial 140. Top center feed throat, includes temperature control panel and 5-hole strand die. Built 1986.

Used 2" Olmas Model C2-84 Water Cooled Corrugator. Chain driven. Will accomodate 10-55mm min/max product. Includes operator control. Serial #6071190. Built 2007. Also see stock #21662

Used 1.5” 24:1 L/D Single-Screw Extruder. Manufactured by Killion. Model KL-150. Includes: (3) control panels, Zenith melt pump with 2 hp motor. Model PEP-10 rated at 3.4-68 lbs/hr spare grooved feed throat, and (2) transformers, miscellaneous parts. Serial #10628
