Allen Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC controls with Allen bradley Panelview 600 HMI. Has hydraulic power pack for lift. Lantech Q Series automatic stretch wrapper available at an additional cost.

Used Pfaudler Complete Hot Fill Jar Filling Line. Last running cheese products at speeds over 300 CPM at 205 deg f. Line consists of a Seco model 400-2D bulk bottle unscrambler with slip sheet removal for short squat as well as an ABC uncaser used on 5oz glass tapered jars, Bevco glass cleaner, transfer conveyor into a Pfaudler 2021 rotary piston filler with 16 oz pistons, into an Anchor Hocking Steam Lug capper with Mepaco bulk cleated belt incline conveyor/cap feeder. Bottles were transferred into dual Elliott Model 6X-40 cooling tunnels with Vilter Ammonia heat exchangers,. Nercon bi directional accumulation table at discharge of the cooling tunnels conveyed bottles into a Paxton Air knife to blow off containers into a Safeline R508 Xray system with reject. Bottles were accumulated on a Nercon accumulation table and transferred to a Krones Starmatic front and back glue labeler and exit into a Video Jet Excel ink jet coder. Finished jars would go into a Miller Hydro Drop Packer with Elliot HMT Mini top sealer with Nordson hot melt or diverted to an Arpac TS2312-RCl Tray Packer with integrated Arpac model 60-28 shrink bundler. Finished trays or cases were transferred to a Weber 5200 print and apply labeler, then into a Columbia FL500 automatic case palletizer, with pallet feed and slip sheet dispenser in Lantech Q1000 automatic stretch wrapper. Line includes Nercon interconnecting conveyors and accumulation tables overall 76"W x 40"H x 118"L. 72"Belt. Equipment is still in operation until Q1 of 2023.
