Used 105 Cu Ft Lodige Batch Type Stainless Steel Plow Mixer. Model FKM-3000D-2MZ-2ZF. Inside 312 (1.4541) stainless steel, polished to corn 120 on product contact parts. Total capacity 105.9 cubic feet (3000 liter), working capacity 70.6 cubic feet (3000 liter). Approximately 48.8" (1250 mm) diameter x 115" (2900 mm) long jacketed mixing chamber. Rated for 75 psi (5 bar) at 316.4-degree F (158 degree C). Test pressure jacket 97.5 PSI (6.5 bar). Approximately 4" (100 mm) diameter shaft with plows. (2) 21.06" x 15.6" (540 mm x 400) inspection doors, (2) 13.7" (350 mm) diameter product inlet, (2) 9.75" (250 mm) diameter openings for dust collector, (1) 9.4" (240 mm) diameter product center outlet. Mixing chamber 50" diameter x 80" long. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 2 bar @38C (29 psi @100.4 F). 4" diameter shaft with (4) bolt-on plows, and (2) bolt-on side scrapers. Plows driven by 22.2kW (29.7hp), 3/60/480 volt motor. Openings: 10", (4) 2", (2) 6", (2) 1". (2) 24" x 19" doors. 10-3/4" center bottom outlet with air operated discharge valve, (4) 2" side bottom outlets. Stainless Steel contact. Serial# C655.

Used Littleford FKM-4200-D Mixer Carbon Steel, Approx. 75 Cu Ft Working Capacity, Jacket Rated 75 PSI, equipped with (4) 15 HP High Speed Choppers and 100 HP Main Motor. Built 1987, S/N: 11707, NB# 135.

Used Walter Equipment Ltd. 65 Cu.Ft. working capacity, 304-SS, Jacketed Plow / Plough Mixer Model AG 78. Jacket rated to 15 PSI. Mixing chamber is 115.5" L x 44.5 ID. Main Drive is 60 HP, 460 volt, 1775 RPM into gear box with 155 RPM out (Mixing shaft speed is approx. 100 RPM). Equipped with (4) 10 HP, 208-230/460 volt, 3505 RPM CHOPPERS. Built 1983. Previous use: Grain processing for animal feed.

Bolt on plows, provision for (4) choppers less choppers and mounts. 8" top inlet with pneumatically operated valve. (2)2" top ports, top vent stack, dual 3" bottom outlets with pneumatic ball valves. Driven by 60 hp, 460V motor drive thru Falk gearbox. Mounted on stainless steel stands with 61" discharge height. Serial# 198. Built 1999.

Bolt on plows, provisions for (4) choppers less choppers and mounts. 8" top inlet with pneumatically operated valve. (2)2" top ports. Top vent stack, dual 3" bottom outlets with pneumatic ball valves. 75 hp, 460 volt motor drive thru Falk gearbox, mounted on stainless steel stands with 61" discharge height. Serial# 180. Used Drais Plow Mixer/Dryer. Type TK 400-Turbu Kneter. Material of construction is 321 (1.4541) stainless steel on product contact parts. Stainless steel mixing body. Total capacity is 14.12 cubic feet (400 liter), Maximum working capacity 10.6 cubic feet. (300 liter). Minimum working capacity 4.23 cubic feet (120 liter). Stainless steel double jacketed for heating/cooling rated at 90 psi (6 bar). Heating/cooling surface approximately 17 square feet (1.7 m2). Inside rated for 0 psi at 122 degree F (50 degree C). FM I Becker plows driven via a Stimrad-Aufsteckgetribe gearbox, Type H 2HH 5A by an 82.5HP/55Kw-400 volt AC/50cycle/3PH Non EX motor, Type K 11 R 250 M 4 KT-200H. Mixing speed 175 RPM. Twin screw feeder, driven by 0.55KW/0.83HP-400volt AC /50cucle/3Ph motor, 3.9" (100 mm) bottom outlet valve. Inspection door with counter weights. Used Lodige Batch Type Plow Mixer, Model FKM600D, 6 Cubic Feet Working Capacity (10 Total), 304 Stainless Steel. Non-jacketed mixing chamber approximate 32" diameter x 50" long. 4" Diameter shaft with (3) bolt on plows and (2) bolt on end scrappers. (2) Approximate 18" x 15-1/2" side access doors. Top openings (2) 12". 9" x 7" Bottom outlet with a manual operated door, air purge seals. Driven by an approximate 10 hp motor thru Falk reducer. Includes a control panel with an Allen-Bradley PanelView 600 and a SLC 5/04 CPU. Mounted on a carbon steel stand. Serial# 9046. Built 1979.

Used Lodige Mixer, Model FM200D, carbon steel construction. 7.1 cu. ft. total capacity, 4.2 cu. ft.working capacity Standard plow blades. Standard access door and feed, manually operated discharge with flush valve, 5 H.P. main drive, 5 H.P. chopper drive, on stand with 55" discharge height. Serial No. 35884-1299.

Used Winkworth Model RT80 Stainless Steel Plow Mixer, 80 Liter (5 cubic feet) Working Capacity, "Plough Share Mixer," Chamber measures 19.5" diameter X 28" long. Top inlet 7-3/4", center bottom discharge 4-7/8" X 7-3/4". Driven by 15 Hp (11kw) drive 400/380/415 volts, 50hz, 3-phase, 1460 rpm, ratio 12-to 1 final output 121 rpm. Serial number 16242. New in 1998. Last used in food operation. Good condition.

Used 5 Cu Ft Munson Plow/Paddle/Ribbon Stainless Steel Mixer Model HD-1 1/2-3-SS with spare shaft and drive. 4" pneumatic slide gate bottom outlet. 3HP, 230/460V/3PH/60HZ motor into gear reducer. Hinged lid with lift off safety grate. New spare drive and interrupted Ribbon/Paddle shaft. Portable on wheels. Serial #200414. Last used in sanitary plant.
