Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Plants for Sale

Used 320 MTPD carbon dioxide liquefaction plant for sale. The plant includes two (2) skid-mounted trains, each 160 MTPD, to operate through temperatures ranging from -40 to +95 degrees Fahrenheit. Unit 1 was commissioned in 2004, Unit 2 commissioned in 2007. The plant is designed to recover CO2 from natural gas and to inject the recovered CO2 to gas well. Fully automated 2-rack loading system; 1,440 tons of on-site storage capacity (4 vessels). The plant was purged with dry CO2 and remains under a positive pressure of dry CO2 after it shut down.

Used Union Engineering designed carbon dioxide plant of 24 tons/day capacity. Plant built in 2006, shut down in 2021. The plant burner generates CO2 by combustion of oil. The plant includes liquefaction unit, purification unit and refrigeration unit to make food grade CO2 product. During its operation, the plant supplied CO2 to beverage industry. The plant is PLC controlled by Siemens S7-414 CPU and operated from the HMI operator panel OP270 from Siemens.

Used 165 MTPD carbon dioxide liquefaction plant designed by Toromont Industrial Service for sale. Inlet CO2 feed gas is at pressure 161.3 KPAA and Temperature –20 °C (maximum), and has composition (mol %, dry bases) of: CO2 99.43%, Ethane 0.32%, Propane 0.13%, H2S 0.08%, COS 0.03%. Product is non-food grade liquid CO2 containing CO2 99%, Water 10 ppm, Carbonyl Sulfide 1 ppm, Hydrogen sulfide 1 ppm, M-Mercapton 1 ppm. The plant includes the following process systems: Lube Oil System, Lubrication System, COS to H2S Shift System, H2S Removal System, Residual Oil Removal System, CO2 Chilling and Separation System, CO2 Drier System, CO2 Condensing and Reflux Separation System, Propane Refrigeration System, Economized Refrigeration System. Average power consumption is 244 KWH per ton of CO2 product. The plant was purged with N2 and placed under N2 blanket after it shut down.

Unused 34 MTPD Carbon Dioxide Liquefaction Plant designed by Pentair Haffmans for sale immediately available. The plant produces beverage grade liquid CO2 (ISBT standards, 99.9% purity), discharge temperature -18 °C, pressure 21.4 barg. The equipment was manufactured in 2014, but never used due to project cancellation. Used 300 TPD Carbon Dioxide Liquefaction Plant for sale immediately available. The plant is Toromont design with Catox to recover the CO2 discharged from ammonia plant. The crude CO 2 feed stock enters the system at a pressure of 250 kPaA and ambient temperature with a 97 mole percent CO 2 content. The crude CO2 gas is processed to yield a liquid product at 1530 - 1700 kPaG pressure and -23° to -28° C temperature, with a CO2 purity of 99.95 mole percent.The plant has energy consumption of 25 MW/day and water consumption of 9160 m3/day. The plant is skid-mounted type for easy transportation and installation. It includes process skids A and B, CO2 compression skid, ammonia compression skid, and utility equipment. The plant was built in 1986. All the equipment is maintained well. Complete technical documents available. The plant was put under N2 purge after it shut down.

Used 24 TPD Carbon Dioxide Liquefaction Plant designed by Union Engineering. The burner generates CO2 by combustion of Natural Gas with 494 Nm3/h consumption. 10 ppm (v/v) max Sulphur content in fuel. Skid-mounted equipment for easy relocation and installation.
