Liquefied Natural Gas Plants for Sale

Unused 85 TPD (5 MMSCFD) LNG plant built in 2014. Plant equipment manufactured in 2014 but never installed or used due to project cancellation. Designed feed gas composition: methane 98.2%, ethane 0.6%, propane 0.3%, carbon dioxide 0.3%, nitrogen 0.4%; temperature 30 degree C, pressure 25 - 30 bar. LNG product composition: methane 98.7%, ethane 0.6%, propane 0.3%, carbon dioxide 30 ppm max, nitrogen 5 ppm max; temperature -145 degree C, pressure 2.5 bar. Total plant power requirement 2817 KW. Electrical 380 V, 50 Hz, 3 phases. Full technical services such as re-engineering, supervision of installation and commissioning, training, process warrantee are available.

Vertical LNG storage tanks manufactured by Miyoshi Iron Works of Japan in 2016. Storage capacity of each tank: 35 tons or 80 m3 of LNG. Tank height 6391 mm, inner diameter 3200 mm, weight 29.5 tons, design pressure 0.6 MPa (87 PSI), design temperature -190 C - +40 C. Two (2) tanks available.

Used 280 TPD LNG Plant built in 2007. Its equipment is in excellent condition. The Atlas-Copco 2-stage refrigerant compressor can process 2,000 TPD crude feed gas (net 280 TPD LNG), driven by a 6,600 KW motor. Other important process sections are Demethaniser Tower (19.6 m height, 0.92 m inner diameter), Refrigerant Exchanger (Cold Box, 62 MM Kj/hr), Refrigerant Cooler and Condensers.

Used (2) 5,000 GPD LNG Trains designed by Cryofuel Systems and built in 2001. Liquefaction done with Nitrogen Expansion Technology. Turbo Expander and Cold Box fabricated by CryoStar France S.A. Includes gas pre-treatment. Excludes power generation and LNG storage and loadout. Shut down Mid-2017.
