The Nel Hydrogen H2Station® HS001 is a fully integrated hydrogen refueling system designed for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) at 700 bar (70 MPa). Fueling capacity per station: 70 Kg/day (32 Nm3/hr) of hydrogen (>= 99.97%, ISO 14687:2019). Power supply 400 V AC, 50 Hz, 63 A. Operating temperature -20 °C to +40 °C. Each station includes storage, compression, and dispensing subsystems configured for outdoor installation and compliant with international hydrogen fueling and safety standards. The safety features are: independent safety PLC, leak & flame detection (H2 detectors, UV/IR sensors), breakaway hoses & tilt sensors, and daily automated leak tests. The station is compliant with SAE J2601-1:2016 fueling protocols. FAT witnessed & verified by Bureau Veritas. Full technical documentation available. Two (2) stations are available.
