Used 200 TPD Edible Oil Refinery Plant. Designed by Mechtech Process Engineer Pvt. Ltd. Hard oil (Hard palm oil and hard stearin) feedstock. PLC based continuous Bleaching & continuous deodorization plants (200 TPD each) for post-refining of vanaspati (after hydrogenation of oil) including Gikakonus boiler & Mazda Vacuum system. Bleaching section removes coloring pigments and nickel particles from oil with use of bleaching earth. Deodorization removes volatile impurities from the oil such as free fatty acid and odoriferous substances. Final product specs: FFA, % (AOCS method – Ca 3-46) - 0.05% max and Flavor - Bland.
