Used 60 Nm3/hr (2,120 SCFH) hydrogen generating and compression plant deigned by Nel Hydrogen for sale. The plant is equipped with PEM electrolyzer (bipolar filter press type) to use water as feedstock to produce high purity (99.9%) hydrogen. The hydrogen has pressure of 10 - 15 bar after the generating system and 440 bar after compression. Energy consumption for the electrolyzer 4.8 KWh/Nm3 of H2. Totally installed power for the complete filling station 449 KWh. Energy consumption for deoxidiser and dryer 4 KWh total at 100% capacity. Energy consumption for the compressor nominal 17.8 KWh total at 100% capacity. Energy consumption for the cooling water unit 12.4 KWh. Plant has been dismantled. Equipment ready for shipment.
