Overview

Used 3200HP/60 PSI Biomass Steam plant. (4) Johnston 800 HP hot water boilers with ARE Challenger CCUE620 biomass combustors. Fed by (3) Fuel bins with Keith walking floor conveyors. Designed for 2” minus shredded wood and cardboard @15lbs/cubic foot. Max capacity 68 tons. Controls.

Major Equipment

(3) 800 hp. biomass combustors supplied by Advanced Recycling Equipment equipped with flue has recirculating System and soot blowers.
(4) 800 hp. Hot water boilers, single pass supplied by Johnson Boiler
(1) Unloader conveyor
(3) Fuel bins supplied by Keith walking floor
Multiple augers that transport fuel to fuel bins and ultimately the fuel to main combustion systems, with the option to blend fuel from each fuel storage bin.
