Unit jacket rated for 150 PSI at 400 degrees F. The cylinder is 60" diameter x 30'-0" long. Product inlet is 36" diameter. Cylinder sits on carbon steel frame with stainless steel 48" wide discharge hood on the frame. Cylinder has cast iron tires with 4" face attached to the shell by leaf springs. Trunnions are 14" diameter x 4" face width. Unit has two 8.5" diameter thrust rolls. This unit has a 54-5/8" discharge height and a 76" inlet height. Unit is chain and body sprocket driven by 10 HP electric motor with Rex Planet gear reducer. Requires 230/460, 3 phase power. Unit has Siemens on/off control box. Small inlet chute included with unit. Was last conditioning tobacco. Unit has flavoring sparger pipe.
