Unused and Never Installed 42 TPD at 100% (Product 32%) HCl Synthesis Unit, manufactured by SGL Carbon (Germany), Type S-660e, Bottom Fired, Built 2015. Reaction temperature above 2000 °C (3630 °F). Unit includes burner, absorber, combustion chamber and scrubber. Turn down ratio 25% of nameplate capacity or 20% for tailor made design. Production uptime greater than 99.9%. Outstanding safety system: automatic startup and shutdown with nitrogen purge in case of any failure. Less than 1 ppm of free Cl2 in product. Typically 5% H2 excess in combustion.
Spares: 2 pieces inner burner tubes; 1 piece outer burner tube; 3 pieces rupture disc in DIABON; 1 piece sight glass; 1 set gaskets complete; 1 piece infrared photocell; 1 piece quartz rod for flame guard; 2 set electrode for pilot burner.
