Used Forberg Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer, Model F-750XE, 26.5 Cubic Feet (750 liters), stainless Steel construction. Trough measures 34" long x 52" wide x 40" deep. Driven by 30 HP, 480V, 1720 RPM main motor thru gear box, resulting in 61 RPM, and then thru heavy duty chain & sprocket assembly. Also includes high speed pin mills/delumpers located at top of trough, driven by independent 5 HP, 230/460V, 1775 RPM motors thru v-belt assemblies. Mixer includes (2) bombay style discharge doors, pneumatically operated. Previously used at pizza processing facility and in working condition.
