Used APV Crepaco Paddle Mixer, Model FB cooker/blender, approximately 120 cubic feet capacity, stainless steel construction. Unit has jacketed U-shape trough, measuring 78" long x 60" wide x 56" deep with one-piece lift cover. Jacket is rated for 70 PSI at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes scrape surface blade agitation with flat bars on single 3.50" diameter shaft. Driven by 10 HP, 230/460 Volt, 1740 RPM drive. Mixing chamber includes 8" diameter top inlet and 4" diameter bottom side discharge. Manufactured in 1999, serial number K2535. Good condition. Last used in food operation.

Used John Lentz Co jacketed stainless steel 20-cubic foot paddle mixer. Chamber measures 38" long x 30" wide x 34" deep, paddles are mounted on common shaft, less motor and motor flange attachment, and stand.

Used Continuous Paddle Mixer, approx. 100 cu. ft. capacity, jacketed chamber, measures 4' diameter x 9' long, stainless steel chamber with stainless steel paddles. Includes (4) rows paddles, (26) paddles total, 10" x 5" x 1-3/4" thick. Paddles are fixed to 6" diameter cored center shaft for heating, mild steel shaft. Driven by 125 HP, 1785 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz motor thru V-belt drive. Includes rotary steam joint & hydraulic ram to open/close front section of mixing chamber. Manufactured by Con-Vey systems. Previously mixing wood fiber and resin together. Paddles rotate in counter clockwise rotation. Most paddles are at 40-45 degree angle to convey product towards end, end paddles are turned to 0-10 degree to push material out back on right hand side of blender. Used American Process Systems Paddle Blender model FZM-53 (53 Cu.Ft./1500 Liter) Twin Shaft Fluidized Zone Mixer/Paddle blender. 304 Stainless Steel. 30 HP 230/460 volt motor. Mixer paddles are 25 RPM. Includes Control Panel. Last used in a sanitary application in pharmaceutical plant. As per American Process Systems, Fluidized Zone Mixers, provide quick yet gentle blending, short cycles, low operating costs, minimal product degradation and one of the highest production capacities of any other mixer type. Unit can come with Drum Dumper and mezzanine structure for additional cost.
