Model 7000. 72" diameter X 76" high Milling chamber with 6-rows of high-speed rotating discs with 3" wide x 4" high x 3/8" thick hammers. 4" diameter screw feed. 500 HP motor. Top discharge to dust collection system. Carbon steel feed hopper 9' wide x 8' long X 8' deep. Previous use nut shells (dry grinding).

Used 100 gallon Stainless Steel attritor. Manufactured by Union Process. Model 100SN. Tilting 100 gallon stainless steel jacketed tank with 5.5" discharge screen and 1" discharge. 25/8.5HP 2-speed motor. Belt drive with guard. Removable cover. Start/stop buttons and motor control. Overall 61"L x 48"W x 8'10"H. 4000 lb. Serial #890602. Built 1989

Used 15HP Attritor. Approximate 80 Gallon capacity. Non-jacketed mixing vessel, approximate 28-1/2" diameter x 29-1/2" deep. Approximate 36" long shaft with (14) welded bars. Driven by a 15hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motor. Mounted on painted carbon steel forkliftable frame.

Used 50 gallon Batch Attritor. Mfg Stickle Steam Specialties Inc.. 24" diameter x 30" deep jacketed bowl. 3" diameter screened discharge. 2.5" diameter shaft with 1" diameter arms. 15 HP XP tagged motor to a Falk Gear Reducer. 3 phase, 230/460 voltage motor. Furnas Micro7000 Variable speed controller with touchpad. 1-1/2" gear pump with 1.5 HP XP tagged motor, belt driven. Weight 2,530 lbs.

Used Union Process Batch Attritor. Model 15S. 5HP Reliance Motor to turn agitator: 575 Volt, 1695 RPM, Frame: 284T. Includes 2HP Diaphragm Pump Serial #587. Variety Steel Fabricators Pressure Vessel. Serial # 5776. Jacket rated 100 PSI @ 350F. U-Stamp. Built 1982.

Used Krupp attrition grinder, Model 16409, disc measures approximately 16" diameter, double disc, driven by 5 HP motor thru v-belt assembly, includes manual adjustment on spacing, serial number 400420. Last used at spice grinding operation.

Used 5HP Wet Circulation Attritor Mill. Manufactured by Union Process. Model Q-2. 5HP Variable Speed Drive motor. Anchor and high-speed stirrer. 2.6 gallon grinding tank capacity. 3.5GPM. serial #120704. Built 2012. Past used at R & D facility. Dimensions 44" x 49" x 82". Weight 1500 lb.

Used 5HP Union Process Szegvari Attritor. Size 0-5. Type BV. Total capacity approximate 24 gallons. Jacketed bowl 18-1/2" diameter x 21" deep, 1-1/2" diameter shaft with (7) 1" diameter posts. Driven by a 5hp, 3/60//208-220/440 volt, 1745 rpm motor. Frame mounted. Serial# 525.

Used 3HP Union Process Szegvari 1-S Series Laboratory Attritor, Model 1SDG. Tank capacity 1.5 gallon, working capacity 0.8 gallons. Media volume 1.0 gallons. Jacket tank approximate 7-1/2" diameter x 9" deep. Driven by a 3hp, 3/230/460 volt, 1170 rpm xp motor, thru Reeves adjustable speed gearbox. Mounted on painted carbon steel frame.

Used 3HP Union Process 1-S Series Laboratory Attritor. Tank capacity 1.5 gallon, working capacity 0.8 gallons. Media volume 1.0 gallons. Jacket tank approximate 7-1/2" diameter x 8-1/2" deep. Missing agitation shaft. Driven by a 3hp, 3/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm xp motor, thru Reeves adjustable speed gearbox. Mounted on painted carbon steel frame.

Used 3HP Szegvari Attritor. Approximate 8" diameter x 7-1/2" deep jacketed bowl. Mixing agitator approximate 6-1/2" diameter x 13" long. Driven by reeves variable speed motodrive with 3hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1170 rpm XP motor. Mounted on carbon steel frame.

Used Union Process "SZEGVARI" Attritor, Model 1-SDG, Union Process Model 1-SDG Szegvari Attritor, Size 1, 1.5 gallon. Stainless jacketed grinding tank with Cover, driven by 3 Hp Vari-drive, 3/60/230-460 volt Explosion Proof Variable Speed Motor, Serial# 900808. unit will be cleaned, painted and tested.

Used 3HP Union Process Attritor. Model 1SD. Continuous and batch operation. 1.5 gallon total tank capacity. .8 gallon working capacity, 1 gallon media capacity, jacketed tank, 3 hp motor with vfd controller, xp design, 480 volt, serial# 000102.

Used Attritor mill, complete with 304 stainless steel jacketed can, measures 9" diameter x 8-1/2" deep, with 2 piece top cover. Unit has carbon steel jacket with 2" side bottom outlet. Unit is driven by 2 HP Reeves variable speed motor, 276 minimum RPM, 2,000 maximum RPM. Mounted on mild steel frame. No nameplate but appears to be Union Process model Q1.

Used 2HP Union Process Recirculating attritor. Type Q. Size 1Q. 2HP VSD motor. Jacketed chamber. Table Mounted.

Used 1/2HP Union Process Szegvari 1-S Series Laboratory Attritor. Tank capacity 1.5 gallon, working capacity 0.8 gallons. Media volume 1.0 gallons. Driven by a 1/2hp, 3/60/208-220/440 volt, 1800 rpm, ratio 14/1, thru varidrive variable speed gearbox.

Used lab sized attritor mill. 1-gallon stainless steel tank and shaft. The tank has tilt discharge. Floor mounted. 220 volt.

Used Attritor mill, intermittent type attritor, manufactured by Union Process, size 1S, type B, complete with stainless steel, jacketed tank. Tank measures 5" diameter x 6" deep, includes stainless steel agitator with paddles. Complete with 3/4 HP, DC drive thru gearbox with unltracon "screw drive" vari-speed controls. Previously used to grind ceramic powders. Appears to be in very good condition. Includes spare agitator.

Used Szegvari attritor mill, Type 01HD, mill includes four (4) stainless steel cans with internal coating; (1) can is 4" diameter X 7" high, (2) cans are 3-1/2" x 6" high, the remaining can is 3" diameter x 5" high. Also complete with (3) agitators for each can size. Unit is driven by a Reeves vari-drive, 1/4 HP, 1140 RPM, 208-230/460V, 3/60Hz motor, explosion proof. Output speed is adjustable from 345 to 1728 RPM. Manufactured by division of Union Process. Serial number 920904. Excellent condition.
