Used 152169 lbs/hr multi-effect 304 stainless steel evaporator system. Manufactured by Rosenblad Design group. 220,200 lbs/hr feed liquor flow rate @175F with 12% concentration. 48,031 lbs/hr product liquor flow rate @214F with %50 concentration. The system consisting of (4) evaporator vessels, The Stripper-Condenser and Thermal Oxidizer System. Overall dimensions 20'x60'x50' (WxLxH). Built 2018. Previous use: Wheat straw liquor concentration.

Used 45000 lbs/hr Evaporator system. Manufactured by Unitech Titanium. Includes Incoloy 825 vapor body, 15862 Sq Ft heat transfer section with 872 Grade 2 Titanium 2 inch OD tubes x 36 ft long. MVR compressor driven by a 500HP motor. Design train capacity is 92 GPM, distillate flow 83.95 gpm. This converts to 44,457 lbs/hr water evaporation. Price includes manual valves and selected 304 Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless piping manifolds, and structural foundation for evap vessel and deaerator. Built in 1993 but unused until 2008 then operated for 9 months. Ladders, grating, and access steel available.

Used Blaw Knox anhydrous caustic evaporator / drum flaker. Complete system rated at 126 pounds per hour water evaporation, 54 pounds per hour finished caustic flakes. System includes 11.65 sq/ft Blaw Knox evaporator, type 316 stainless steel, 60 kW chromolox type clo hot oil system rated to 600 deg and Blaw knox single drum flaker, 6-1/2” dia x 8" long. System is unitized in tower assembly. Built 1987.
