Used 50 HP Basket Mill. Manufactured by Dantco. Model DBM-500. Basket mill disk pump, agitator with pins, side and bottom screen. Driven by a 50hp, 3/60/460 volt, 1780 rpm motor. Air over oil lift, approximately 54" rise. Post mounted. Dispersing, Milling and size reduction (all in one) process.

Used Paul O. Abbe Pebble Mill, Model #1, 304 Stainless Steel Exterior, Alumina Ceramic Lined. 68" Diameter x 56" straight side. 117 Cubic feet total capacity, 29.25 working. Internal rated 14.7 PSI/Full Vacuum at 80 Degrees F. Carbon steel jacket rated 14.7 PSI at 80 Degrees F. Side by side 18" diameter charge ports with covers. Mounted on stainless steel legs with rotary unions. Main drive 40 HP, brake drive 15 HP. 3-20 RPM drum speed. Includes a control panel.

Used MS-32 Fryma "Coball Mill", for ultra fine grinding of slurries of various viscosities. US Explosion proof design, built by Fryma AG 1993, S/N: M15890. Housing material: painted steel (white epoxy 1.4517). Coolable Grinding elements: Colmony coated Rotor, w/ 4.5 mm grinding gap; Stator/Wear plate: Stainless Steel (AISI-420). With mechanical seal, "min-max" pressure and temperature gauges, with internal working pressure of 2.5 bar (maximum). Unit Includes hydraulic bowl lifting device. Main drive: 30HP Reliance motor with US Ex-Proof machine mounted cabinet (460V-3PH-60HZ). Unit includes "Steimel" product feed pump (gear pump w/ mechanically variable speed control), model T1-60P, with 1/2 HP US ex-proof Reliance motor. O&M Manual included.
