Used 194mm Berstorff Twin Screw Extruder. Model ZE180A x 28D-UT. 192.3mm Screw OD. Spline shaft screw (24) teeth, L/D ration 28:1. (5) Closed barrel sections. (2) Open barrel sections. Electri heating to 30kW/barrel. 1750-7000kg/hr throughput. 3000 HP Siemens induction motor with Berstorff gear box and A-B 1557 controls.

Used 100 mm Leistritz Co-Rotating Twin Screw Compounding Line. Leistritz twin screw Model ZSE100 BL/44D rated at 5000 Newton meters/shaft. Electrically heated water cooled barrel with operator controls, (2) vent stations, twin screw side feeder and gravimetric primary feeder. Serial #3092. Built 2002. Total 7515.6 hours. Includes strand pelletizer and 6" Conair water slide style pelletizer Model T206GWS with 32 knife wedge lock helical rotor. Includes water pumping package and condensation package and Witte 2-deck screener (stock #21566). Also see stock #21563.

Used 58mm Coperion Mega Compounder with 11 barrel sections (34/1 L/D) and side feeder. Electrically heated water cooled barrel. Direct connected to 500 hp DC motor with SCR controller. 900 RPM. Operator control panel with HMI touchscreen. Downstream includes Gala #7MUP underwater pelletizer including diverter valve, 450 gallon water tempering system, Gala spin dryer. Includes spare unused extruder gear box.

Used Werner Pfleiderer Twin Screw Extruder. Model ZDS-K28, Serial number 513991, Fab. no. 163805, built 1978. Co-rotating Screws, side by side. 28 mm screws. Screw length: 31" long(787.4mm) center of feed throat to end of screws. 5 barrel sections (2 are vented and plugged), electrically heated, water cooled. Equipped with die. Equipped with W & P Control Panel. 5 HP DC drive with SCR controller. Motor is built for hazardous duty.

Used Randcastle Laboratory Sheet Extrusion Line Consisting of the Following Items: – .75" Randcastle 24/1 L/D extruder with temperature control panel, Model RCP0750, Serial #J2271. – 2" O.D. x 8" wide chill roll stack, including pull roll station and single position winder.

Used Steer Engineering pharmaceutical grade stainless steel co-rotating twin screw extruder. Screw diameter is 12mm. Diameter ratio (DO/DI) is 1.45. Flight Depth is 1.9. Maximum screw speed is 900 RPM. Maximum design temperature of 300 degrees Celsius, recommended to only run up to 250C for best results. 2 HP drive, 3/60/480 volt. Serial #EA00427. Built in 2014.
