Jacket rated 125 psi @355F. 73.75" dia x 218" OAH. Dished bottom and head, side manway. Serial #3991-1. Built 2010. Weight 10765 lbs. Previous use: Pyridine Storage.

Used 2500 Gallons 316SS Clad Reactor Body. 78" dia x 7 straight side. Internal rated 75 PSI @ 600F. Shell has SA264 1/16" type 316L-SS on SA515-70 Backing (Clad). Inconel 600 dimple jacket rated 185 PSI @ 600F. Mounted on six (6) pipe legs support. Mfg. by Pfaudler, 1969. NB: 28566, S/N: R369-1452.

Used 1350 gallon polished stainless steel reactor body. Approximately 66" diameter X 7' straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Internal #4 polish. Type 304 stainless steel. Internal rated 25 psi @ 300 degrees F - 2# Vacuum. Jacket rated 30 psi @ 300 degrees F. Top head: 12" Agitator nozzle, 20" manway with sight glass, 12", (2) 4", (4) 2" nozzles. Center bottom outlet 6". Built 1991. Serial number 7130-3. National board stamped 1955. Lug mounted. Built by Tolan.

Used 700 gallon DCI reactor Body, 316 stainless steel construction, approximately 48" diameter x 84" straight side, dish top and bottom, rated 35 PSI and full vacuum at 358 F. internal, jacketed on bottom head only for 135 PSI and full vacuum at 358 F. On legs, 18" maway, (3)3", (2)1.5", 1" top nozzles, 3" bottom outlet, Serial# JS1192, National Board# 4673, built 2000.

Used- INOX Industries Reactor, 660 Gallon/3000 Liter, 316L Stainless Steel, Vertical. Approximate 60" diameter x 53" straight side, dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 30 psi/Full Vacuum at 250 degree F. 304L Stainless steel dimple jacket rated 55 psi at -20 to 250 degree F. Openings top: 16" manway with cover, 5" sight glass, (1) 4", (1) 3", (3) 2", (2) 1-1/2", (2) 1". 3" Center bottom outlet, approximate 17-1/2" discharge height. 2" Thick mineral wool insulation. Provision for bottom entering sanitary agitator. Mounted on (4) Legs. Built to ASME, but no NB#. CRN: K6727.5. Serial# 94010. Built 1994.

Used 650 GAL Stainless Steel Reactor Body. 4'6" ID x 5'4" straight side. Dished heads. 316L-SS Shell rated 50 PSI/FV @ 400 deg F. 304-SS Jacket rated 100 PSI/FV @ 400 deg. F. Wall thickness: .5625". 18" Top Manway, multiple top nozzles. 3" Center bottom outlet. Mfg by Ward Tank, 2001. S/N: W-4591-B. NB# 2758.

Used Pfaudler 500 gallon T-316L stainless steel reactor body. 52" diameter X 50" high straight side. Internal rated 150 PSI @ 650 degrees F. Carbon steel conventional jacket rated 150 PSI @ 650 degrees F. NB# 209041. Top Fittings: 18" manway, (3) 4", (2) 2", (1) 1" and (1) 8". 3" center bottom drain. Can be lug or leg mounted.

Used 200 Gal vertical, jacketed, 316L-SS Reactor BODY by TOLAN. S/N: 8125. 36" OD x 41" T/T, dished heads. Internal Rated 90PSI/FV @ 400F; Jacket rated 150PSI/FV @ 400 F. Top Fittings: 10" Agitator, 8" Handhole, 4" Sight Glass, (1) 3", (2) 2". Bottom: 2" CBO. 4 threaded leg connections. Built 2002, NB #2709. Previous use: Pharmaceutical.

Used approximately 120 gallon dimple jacketed reactor body. Internal rated 30 psi / Full vacuum @ 400 degrees F. Jacket rated 75 psi @ 400 degrees F. Bolted dished top. Dished bottom. 32" diameter X 34" straight side. SN 2784. NB 284. Built 1993. Stainless Fabricators Inc.

Used Lee Industries Reactor, 66 Gallon (250 Liter), Model 250LU, 316L Stainless Steel, Vertical. 24” Diameter x 35” straight side, dished bolt down top, dished bottom. Internal rated 50 psi at -20 to 350 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel coil jacket rated 100 psi at -20 to 350 degrees F. Openings top (4) 1-1/2”, 3”. 2” Center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs with casters. (Qty - 3 available)

Used 60 Gallon Reactor Body, Sanitary Stainless Steel 60 gal. Feldmeier Vertical Jacketed Reactor Body, 22" dia x 36" straight side, Sanitary Stainless Steel construction with polished internal finish, rated 45 PSI/ Full Vacuum @ - 20 to 350 F internal, Jacket rated 90PSI/ Full Vacuum @ -20 F to 350 F, quick opening dished top head, dished bottom, center bottom outlet, with valve, stainless steel legs on casters, ASME & NB Code Stamped, Built 2003. Previous use: OTC Pediatric cough syrup.

Used 45 gallon STAINLESS STEEL JACKETED REACTOR FV/55 PSI 170 liter. Made by Northland Stainless, Serial no. 946345, year 1994, National Board no. 1640. Shell rated for Full Vacuum and 55 psi @ 300 deg. F. 0.250 inch thick. Jacket rated for 70 psi @ 300 deg. F, 0.187 inch thick. 24 inch ID x 23 inch straight side with dished bottom and top. 30 inch outside diameter with insulation. Tri-clamp 1 inch bottom center outlet, 4 inch, (3) 1.5 inch, and (2) 1 inch top fittings. Has an 11 inch hinged with clamps top port with a 4 inch tri-clamp fitting. Side and bottom jacket fittings. Attached to a 26.5 x 34 x 6 inch tall frame on wheels. O/A height is 52 inch. Has mount for bottom mag drive agitator. Possibly 316 SS, need to test.

Reactor tank, approximately 10 liter capacity, all stainless steel construction, pharmaceutical grade, electropolished internals, 316L stainless steel contacts, manufactured by Alloy Products, internal dims. approx. 12" diameter X 7" straight side, internally rated for 115 PSI @ 300 deg. F/-20 deg. F, jacketed for 50 PSI @ 300/-20 deg. F, 304 stainless steel jacket. Dished top with 4" center opening and numerous other inlets, dished bottom with 3" center bottom outlet with valve. Serial # 102985-002.
