Formaldehyde product concentration 37 – 50 wt.%, methanol less than 1 wt.%, formic acid less than 200 ppm.
Consumption per metric ton of formaldehyde 37% product: 415 kg methanol, 85 KWh, 450 – 500 Kg process water, 600 Kg steam (produced).
Potential to produce urea formaldehyde.
