The plant includes 4 sections: (1) Automatic Production Line, (2) Jumbo Roll Slitting Machine, (3) Paper Core Machine, (4) End Sealing and Bagging Machine. The Automatic Production Line is the most critical component of the plant, consisting of (a) Automatic Rewinding Machine which performs trimming, sealing, embossing and perforating. (b) Automatic Toilet Roll Log Saw Machine. (c) Automatic Toilet Roll (Single) Packing Machine. The production line is designed to process paper rolls (raw material) of 1.2 m width. In order to process less expensive but wider paper rolls, the plant installed Jumbo Roll Slitting Machine. It slits 1.75 m wide paper rolls.
