Unit has jacketed U-shape trough, measuring 78" long x 60" wide x 56" deep with one-piece lift cover. Jacket is rated for 70 PSI at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes scrape surface blade agitation with flat bars on single 3.50" diameter shaft. Driven by 10 HP, 230/460 Volt, 1740 RPM drive. Mixing chamber includes 8" diameter top inlet and 4" diameter bottom side discharge. Manufactured in 1999, serial number K2535. Good condition. Last used in food operation.
