Used 1500 Gallon Stainless steel reactor. Mfr Walker Stainless. Vessel rated 50 PSI/FV@300F. Jacket rated 75 PSI@300F. Measures 6' diameter x 7' straight side with dish top and bottom, with 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Lightnin Model 82-C-7.5 center top agitation mounted to 8" flange, driven by 7-1/2 HP motor thru 25.6:1 ratio gearbox, 68/45 output RPM. Top head includes 18" diameter manway with clamped manway door, 8" center top opening, 3" and (3) 2" openings. Bottom head includes 3" center bottom outlet and (2) 2" openings. Vessel was previously lug mounted and includes (6) threaded ports for screw-in legs. National Board #22, Serial #742. Previously used at biofuel facility.
