Used 3800 Liter (1000 Gallon) Ross Model VM-1000 Fixed Tank Versamix, stainless steel construction, jacketed, anchor agitator with teflon scrapers, mixer emulsifier and disperser. Overall dimensions: approx. 10.5' tall x 8' across, on legs with 1' discharge height. (unit is rebuilt - no name-tag)

Used 2400 Liter (635 Gallon) working capacity Fryma model VME-2400 vacuum mixer. Machine # M10510, built 1984. The tank has an overall height is 101" to top of lid including legs. It is 87" to the top with the lid removed. The overall diameter of tank with jacket is 63". The interior dimensions are 61" diameter with 54" straight side height, 11" dome top and 11" dish bottom. Working temperatures are 150 deg C the interior and the jacket. The interior has a pressure rating of -1/+1 bar and the jacket has a 2.5 bar rating. There are two agitator drives, a 7.5 HP motor drives a center 3 prop agitator and a scrape agitator through a chain drive and a 50 HP motor drives a disperser type agitator off to the side of the center shaft. The top has an 8" flanged opening that is clamped shut and 6" glass inspection port with light. Top also has a 2" sanitary, 1.5" sanitary, and (2) 1" threaded fitting. The bottom has a 6" sanitary discharge with a pneumatically operated valve. Requires 230/ 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Previously used for toothpaste. Good Condition.

Used 600 Liter 316L Stainless Steel Twin Motion Vacuum Mixer. Manufactured by Krieger. Model MMD600. Internal rated 29 PSI/FV @ 273.2 F. Jacket rated 58 PSI @ 305F. Vessel 37" diameter x 23" straight side. Dish bottom. Twin motion agitator with anchor agitator with sidewall scrappers with motor drive, central inner agitator with two tier, dual pitched blade agitator, mounted on vessel top with hydraulic top lift/lower mechanism and pump. Integrated controls with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI. Serial# 207028. National Board# 3. Built 2007.

Used 50HP IKA Works Inline Dispax Reactor Mixing/Homogenizing/Dispersing. Model DR-PB 2000/20. Nominal flow rate 30 gallons per minute, solids capacity 6200 pounds an hour. Driven by a 50hp, 3/60/460 volt, 3535 rpm motor. 4" Solid inlet, 3" liquid inlet, 2" outlet. Unit mounted on a base Part# P015897, serial# 2603-12.

Used 380 Liter Arde Barinco Model C1 Jacketed Tank Mounted Mixer/Emulsifier, 5 HP, Stainless Steel Arde Barinco Model C1-05-535-R033-HL Jacketed Tank Mounted Mixer/Emulsifier, stainless steel construction, rotor/ stator design, top mounted on 100 gal Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank, 34" dia x 27" straight side, cone bottom with center bottom outlet, tank rated ATM @ -20 to 200 F int, Jacket rated 150 PSI @ -20 to 200 F, driven by 5 HP, 3/60/ 230-460 volt, 3450 RPM, explosion proof motor, mounted on stainless steel legs.

Used ROSS model RVMS-100, 100 Gallon / 380 Liter Pharmaceutical mixing reactor. Rated 30 PSI @ 300 Deg.F. Has "Egg Beater" and turbine blade on one mixing shaft. Mixer drive is Lightnin 1.74 HP, 208-220/440 volt, 1725/1425 RPM. Has lift to raise mixer and lid.

Used MTI Mixer Cooler Combination, Type M300/K800. Consists of: (1) MTI high intensity mixer, model M300, 304 stainless steel, 10.6 cu ft (300 liter) jacketed bowl, approximate 27" diameter x 31" deep, Top cover with 9", 8", 5" openings, 8" side bottom outlet, Driven by a 55/67 KW dual motor, (1) MTI cooler, type K800, 304 stainless steel , 27.5 cu ft (780 liter), chamber approximate 72" long x 30" diameter, 7-1/2" center bottom outlet jacketed bowl rated 0-0.5 bar at 80 degrees C, motor drive, controls and base mount.

Used 25 HP Eirich High Intensity mixer. Model R11/W. 250 liter bowl capacity. 25HP (18.5 kw) star wheel mixing tool. rotating mixing chamber with 7HP (5.5 kw) motor drive. Hydraulically actuated lid lift and bowl discharge. Floor mounted. Serial# 28038. Built 2003.

Used 60 HP IKA Model MHD 2000/30 Mixing-Homogenizing-Dispersing System. Total capacity 90 gallons per minute. Maximum solids capacity 6,200 l/h. Tip speed 23 m/s. Rotor rotational speed 1500rpm. Driven by approximate 60hp, 3/60/230/460 volt motor. Top 6" inlet, Side 3" liquid inlet. 4" Outlet. Mounted on base.

Used 50 liter Stainless Steel Triple motion Vacuum mixer. Manufactured by Ekato GmbH. Model Unimix SRT50/F30. Top entering twin motion agitator with sidewall scrappers driven by 3 kw motor. Inner paddles driven by 3 kw motor. Bottom mounted emulsifier. Integrated 1.1 kw vacuum pump. .75 kw lid lift/lower assist. Auxiliary 30 liter JB Micheils Stainless Steel pre-mix kettle. Top mounted 1.8 kw motor, rated 7.3 psi and full vacuum @ 271F internal. Jacketed for 58 psi and full vacuum @ 304F. Serial# 215035. National Board# 10. Unused Fryma Processing Plant Model VME-50. 50 liter working capacity, 316-stainless steel contact parts, hydraulic lift, full controls, vacuum pump, Lauda LTH-140 Thermostatic Circulator (automatic temp. control), three agitators oncluding a scraper, disolver and colloid mill. The scraper-stirrer motor is .25 kw and 910 rpm, the dissolver motor os 1.1-1.8 kw and 685/1360 rpm, the colloid mill motor is 2.0-2.6 kw and 1450/2820 rpm. Designed for ointments with insoluble powders.

One used Fryma Processing Plant Model VME-50. The unit has a 50 liter working capacity, internal pressure rated to -1 Bar, jacket rated to 3 Bar, stainless steel contact parts, hydraulic lift, with a 7.5 HP scraper, a 3 HP disperser and a colloid mill, 230/460/60/3, serial M14536, built 1990, designed for creams and ointments.

Used Krieger MMD 50 vacuum mixer homogenizer, stainless steel construction, with 50 liter jacketed mixing vessel, vacuum rated with top mounted double motion agitator with bottom and side wall scrappers and inner opposing paddles, bottom mounted emulsifier, top head lift/lower mechanism, with integrated control panel and HMI, Siemens controls, 400 volt, serial# 202150, built 2002, unit rebuilt by Krieger with upgraded controls in 2013.

Used 25L Koruma high shear homogenizing vacuum mixer, Model V 100/25, stainless steel construction, approximately 25 liter capacity feed hoper, stainless steel construction with anchor agiator with side wall scrap driven by .25 kw variable speed motor drive, bottom homogenizer driven by 5.5 dc motor with SCR controller mounted on common base with 1.1 kw Sihi vacuum pump and control panel, 460 volt, serial# 4.868, new 1991.

Used IKA DR 2000/40 PP Homogenizing mixer. 3.9HP Motor. 350L/Hr max throughput. Serial #3114-15.

Used Ross Series 400 In-Line Mixer, Model HSM 401SC2, 316 Stainless Steel. Rated 66 gallon per minute (water). Non-jacketed chamber approximately 3-1/2" diameter x 2-1/2" deep, rotor approximately 3-7/16" diameter, slotted stator approximately 2-1/2" diameter. 1-1/2" Tri-clamp inlet/outlet. Driven by 2 HP, 3/60/200/240 volt, 3425 rpm stainless steel wash down motor. Include mechanical seal with lubricator, and an AC Tech MC Series intelligent drive. Mounted on a stainless steel base with casters. Serial number 105517.

Used stainless steel High Shear Inline Mixer, liquids type. 7" diameter mill has 1/2" top inlet and 2 @ 1/2" side outlets, locking top. Unit includes 30 HP, 1730 RPM 230/460V TEFC motor, V-belt driven. Unit measures 2' x 40" x 32" tall, mounted on portable stand. Numerous spare parts available.
