Hockmeyer Triple Shaft Vacuum Mixer. Mixer has (2) 60 HP dispersers, 230/460 volts, 3PH, 60HZ, 1800 RPM with two tier 16" diameter dispersion blades. (1) 30 HP anchor type agitator with side wall scrappers, 230/460 volts, 3PH, 60 HZ. Motors are explosion proof design and are mechanical variable speed. Mixer has an approximately 56" diameter vacuum cover, set up with a hydraulic lifting mechanism with a 7.5 HP hydraulic pump, approximate rise is 72".

Used 60HP High-Low Speed Dispersion Mixer. Mfr Netzsch. 1419 Gallon 316L Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank. Internal rated 15PSI@300F. 3" Half Pipe coil Jacket rated 90PSI@300F. 60/30 HP High Speed Mixer, 15HP Low Speed mixer. Top-entering high speed turbine. Bottom entering low speed (4) Anchor with PTFE Wiper blades. 24" Manyway. Skirt Mounted. Serial #2498. National Board #2498. Built 1994.

Used Schold high speed dispersion mixer with 50 HP motor drive. Air over hydraulic lift assembly. Rated at 125 PSI air pressure. Motor drive is 230/460V. Unit designed for speed range from 800 RPM to 2700 RPM by use of adjustable pitch sheave. Mixer has carbon steel shaft, no blade but is complete mix tank, 500 gallons, 54" diameter x 48" deep plus dish bottom. Tank is mounted on frame for forklift handling.

Used Cowles High Speed Tank Mounted Disperser, Model THV-30, Serial No: LA-624, Part no. 2975003. Approx. 300 gal. SS jacketed tank, dish top with misc. inlets. 42" dia., 36" straight side, 30" cone. Has a cone but has a 24" dia dish bottom. Center bottom outlet, cone is jacketed. 30 HP tank mounted dissolver, with capability to raise and lower blade during process, 24". Air over oil hydraulic to raising and lowering blade. Tag no. AG-253/30 HP/I.D.14. Tank manufactured by Imperial Tank Co., Chicago IL. Overall height 14' 11". Insulation has been removed.

Used 30 HP IKA Works Dispax Reactor High Shear Inline Disperser, Model DR 2000/10, Stainless Steel. Nominal flow rate 35 gallons per minute, nominal tip speed 4500 feet per minute. Driven by a 30hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3525 rpm motor. 2" Inlet & outlet. Unit mounted on a base. Part# P015742, serial# 2599-12.

Used 20HP 304 Stainless Steel Dual-Shaft Disperser. Mfg MXD Process. 254 gallon 304 Stainless Steel Tank on casters. 12" Dispersion blade with 20HP Disperser motor. 10HP anchor blade with scraper blades. NEMA 4X controls. Built 2016.

Used 20HP CB Mills Batchranger Stand-Alone Hoist Mounted Disperser. Model FDD-611. Enclosed shear grid/stator and high pressure impeller. Driven by a 20hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1755 rpm xp motor. Mounted on painted carbon steel hoist. Serial# 2985-0000.

Used 15HP disperser. Manufactured by Hockmeyer. Model HV-15. 300 gallon 304 stainless steel mix tank. 48" diameter X 46" high straight side. Flat hinged top, dished bottom with 2"center bottom drain. Variable speed with hand adjustment knob. Fixed with bridge style mounted 15 HP motor, 3/60/ 230-460 with Cowles/sawtooth style impeller.

Used 10HP Homogenizer / Emulsifier Mixer. Manufactured by Dantco. Model DHE-100-36. Series 5046. 34" long shaft. Driven by 10hp, 3/230/460 volt, 3525 rpm AC motor. To be used with hoist.

Used Premier Mill model ESD/V10/5 stainless steel vacuum dual shaft change can mixer. T316 stainless steel change can approximately 50 gallon capacity, 28" diameter X 24" straight side. Jacket rated 100 psi @ 250 degrees F. Change can serial number 353. NB stamped 342. 10 HP high speed disperser drive. 5 HP low speed sweep with scrapers. Built 2000. SN ESD/V10/5 91782990022.

Used Hockmeyer dual shaft disperser. Model S-HGSM-7.5. Stainless steel construction. Approximately 15 gallon jacketed mixing vessel, approximately 17" diameter x 16" straight side, dish bottom. Anchor agitator driven by approximately 3 hp, variable speed motor. Inner high speed blade driven by 7.5 hp variable speed motor. Dust hood. Air over oil hydraulic lift with air tank. Serial# 79-143.

Used Hockmeyer dual shaft disperser. Model CSM-5. Stainless steel construction. Approximately 15 gallon jacketed mixing vessel, 17" diameter x 16" straight side, dish bottom. Anchor agitator driven by 3 hp, 230/460 volt variable speed motor. Inner high speed blade driven by 5 hp variable speed motor. Dust hood. Air over oil hydraulic lift with air tank. Serial# 77-134.

Used 1HP Bench Top Lab Mixer. Manufactured by Dantco. Model RCM-100, Series 503. Driven by a 1hp AC motor. Approximately 3/4" diameter x 12" long shaft. Stand Mounted.

Used 1HP Benchtop Disperser. Manufactured by Dantco. Series 2005, Model DVW-010 EX/SS-19. High speed disperser blade, driven by 1hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1760 rpm motor. Front manual speed control, 450, 650, 850, 1050, and 1250 rpm. Manual hydraulic jack lift. Stand mounted. Serial# 06-2717-1.

Used Enviro-Clear Thickner/Clarifier, all T316L wetted parts. Approx 1425 Gal Tank, 7' diameter X 5' 6" high, launder; floor, discharge cone, overflow box. Full span beam type bridge with grating.
