Used General Kinematics Para-Mount II Single Deck Rectangular Vibratory Screener, Model STM 96 X 20, Carbon Steel. Nominal screen size 96" wide x 20' long x 15" deep. Designed for Trona at a feed rate of 700 tons per hour at 80 pounds per cubic foot bulk density. Driven by (2) 15hp top mounted drives. Approximate 1" x 1" square openings. Base mounted. Serial# C10468-1, built 2012.
Key Iso-Flo dewatering shaker screen approximately 44" wide X 32" high X 245" long. All stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with two vibration motors (1.1 Kw, 460V, 855 Rpm, 3.2 Amp), one on each side of the machine. Unit built 2002, model 430235-1, ser #02-72996. Was originally used in a food processing plant.
Used Rotex Stainless Steel Sanitary Screener, Model #431-SAN-SS/SS. 40" wide x 84" long single deck. The inlet is 8" diameter. The unit has a 6” and an 8" diameter outlet. Upper Wt. 144, Lower Wt. 55. Clamp down SS top cover, 2 bottom outlets. Approximately 24 sq.ft. screen area. The shaker is driven by 3 hp 1715 rpm motor and belt drive system. Requires 230/460v 3 ph electrical source. Mounted on a carbon steel frame. Serial #190172. Overall 132” x 60” x 38”.

Used Rotary screen, 16" diameter x 26" face, all stainless steel, enclosed in stainless steel chamber, includes Cornell stainless steel centrifugal pump.
Rectangular Screeners work by passing particulate of various sizes across a screen with holes of the desired maximum size. Particles of sizes smaller than the hole size fall through and are conveyed away. Larger particles continue on to be reduced and sorted. Screeners can be used to sort larger ore from smaller particles in mining, in food - separating fruits of smaller sizes from large batches and cleaning dirt and rocks off potatoes, in chemical and pharmaceutial processes screeners can help separate fines from agglomerated materials.
