Late Model Mining Plant Equipment Liquidation

Overview

Phoenix Equipment Corporation’s latest liquidation presents mining operations and ore processors the opportunity to purchase affordable beneficiation and milling equipment. Available as a complete turnkey solution or as parts for plant upgrades and expansions, the liquidation of this Wyoming trona plant includes lightly used components used in various applications.

Milling

Perfect for use in the coal, glass, limestone, salt, chemical powder, and other industries, roller mills and roll crushers make grinding particulates to a desired and uniform size simple and efficient.

Williams Fluid Bed Roller Mills – These 85-inch roller mill systems (two are available) come complete with automatic lubrication, 10-hosepower screw feeders, classifiers, and journal air seal systems. Customize your procession with attachments and associated products available as part of the liquidation sale: cyclone separators, fans and actuators, crusher feeder bin, heaters, and more.

Gundlach Roll Crusher – Often used as the primary, “first pass” processor of large ore chunks, this 30-horsepower heavy-duty crusher uses 10 chisel tooth upper rolls and 13-tooth continuous lower rolls to reduce feeds as large as 4 inches by 5 inches to less than ¾ inch.

McLanahan Double Roll Crusher – Typically employed as a secondary crusher, this rugged carbon-steel crusher uses rotating rolls to yield cubic product while creating minimal fines. It comes mounted to a steel base, complete with an automatic lubrication system, hopper, and removable roll covers

Conveying and Feeding

The plant liquidation includes several industrial-quality conveyors. Screw, belt, vibratory, and drag systems are available to create the optimal transport and receiving of material down the processing line:

Trio Belt Conveyors – Phoenix is offering several of these economical conveyors with simple, modular assembly with 24- and 36-inch widths and lengths from 28 to 2,882 feet. The longer conveyors are furnished with dust covers, platforms, and walkways. They are mounted on truss frames to support up to 700 tons per hour.

Universal Apron Feeder – Standing up to large, heavy, jagged lumps, this feeder can deliver up to 700 short tons per hour. With speeds ranging from 5.35 to 53.5 feet per minute, it comes ready-to-use with a 20-hp motor, Rexnoid planetary drive, lubricated crawler roller assemblies, and over-the-belt magnet collector.

Kaman Screw Conveyors – A foot wide and 12 feet long, these trough-and-blade conveyors can be programmed for variable-speed delivery, even at slight inclines. Two of these conveyors are available.

Screening, Sorting, and Storing

Sorting, classifying, storing, and retrieving material must be performed flawlessly in order to maximize production and profits. These products ensure proper processing to keep plants operating smoothly.

Tomra Sorters – These sorters (two are available) separate valuable ore from waste rock after primary crushing, making operations more efficient and prolonging equipment life. Sensors differentiate materials by their size, shape, and atomic numbers, removing the gangue and allowing ore to proceed to processing. The sorters’ separation chambers include adjustable knives and discharge chutes.

General Kinematics Screener – High feed capacity, low power usage classification is made possible by GK’s two-mass system that captures energy in precision-engineered springs. One-inch square mesh keeps particulates uniform and manageable.

Laidig Silos – Featuring wide rail drive-through access and reliable reclaim screws, these cone-bottom silos (three are available) automate loading, getting the job done quickly even when dealing with slow-flow materials. With volumes of 44,000 cubic feet each, the silos include convenient access doors, service platforms, and crossover platforms.
