Used 40 MMSCFD Natural Gas Processing Plant. Designed to process 40 MMSCFD of sour natural gas, along with 300 BPD of associated hydrocarbon condensate and 150 BPD of produced water. While this varies depending on the components of the sour natural gas at the site, the plant was designed to produce a sales gas with less than 3.5% CO2, 16 ppm of H2S, and a water dew point less than 0 Degrees Celsius. This is a complete natural gas processing plant, including an inlet feed manifold and pig receiver, slug catcher system, inlet liquid separator, condensate stabilization system, a 165 GPM Exterran amine gas sweetening system, amine regeneration system, dew point system, a 2 GPM glycol regeneration system, fuel gas system, hot oil system, produced water treatment system, sour water stripper system, instrument air system, flare system, incinerator system, demineralized water system, potable water system, drain system, antifoam chemical injection system, emulsion breaker chemical injection system, reverse emulsion breaker chemical injection system, diesel power generation system, and nitrogen system.
