Used 14,000 TPY Sodium Chlorate plant built in 1990. Using Krebs technology and shut down in 2000, this modern sodium chlorate plant is a unique opportunity to build or expand capacity at a fraction of the cost of a new plant. The plant's major components are titanium, and it also includes a 1990 Toshiba Rectifier with the electrolytic cells. It has a dimensional stable anode system, as well as a closed system with hydrogen capture.
The plant has (8) titanium reactors (Approx. 6' OD x 20') each with 3 Krebs NC 30 electrolysis cells with all interconnecting piping, buss bar and structural steel supports. Each cell has 36 anodes with 1311.125 sq. in. (33.3 sq. m) per anode.
