Used 8,600 Liters Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Plant. This pilot API plant has 20 reactors in 7 segregated processing suites for GMP manufacturing. Broad range of reactors range in capacity from 10 gallon to 500 gallon (40 – 2000 liters), constructed from Hastelloy (12) and GLCS (8). Total volume capacity of 2,150 gallons (8,600 liters). All reactors capable of operating between –20 and +180°C and from full vacuum to at least 45 psi. Three reactors capable of higher pressure for hydrogenation (to 300 psi). Two reactors capable of cryogenic cooling to –60°C.
