Used natural gas processing plant designed to sweeten, dehydrate and process 24 MMSCFD of inlet gas containing a nominal 27 mol % CO2 but sweet with respect to H2S. The incoming gas is first compressed to about 550 psig, cooled to about 110° F and liquids separated, then dehydrated by TEG solution. The dry gas is next processed for NGL recovery, sweetened by amine treatment (which transfers equilibrium water vapor back to the gas) and finally re-dehydrated by TEG to pipeline specification of H2O/MMSCF as the last process step. The plant consists of six (6) processing sections: (1) Condensate Stabilization, (2) Inlet Gas Dehydration, (3) NGL Recovery, (4) Propane Refrigeration, (5) Amine Treatment, (6) Final Dehydration.
