The drive rating 125 HP, 525 volts. Combustion Chamber: Specially designed Feeco right angle combustion chamber, maximum heat release of up to 15 milion BTU/HR. Using natural gas 15 million BTU/HR including burner, main gas valve train, pilot valve train, control panel with flame. Safety and 30 HP Combustion Air Blower Burner System. Rotary Drum: (1) FEECO International parallel flow, straight tube type rotary drum dryer, 9'0" (2743 mm) inside diameter by 60' (18288 mm) long of A36 plate construction. Complete with inlet end plate and the following: Internals: 10'0" (3048 mm) of advancing spirals, 5'0" (1524 mm) of radial tumbling flights, full curtain formed steel flighting. A36 steel plate. Flights are bolted to gusseted angle support welded to drum shell. 5'0" (1524 mm) bare shell section at discharge end, allows for particulate settling. Tires: Seamless, machined-face, 4140 forged steel, 230-270 BHN. Free-floating design for thermal expansion, travel over machined pads. Wheels: Machined face, high carbon AISI 4340 steel, 280-320 BHN. Wheel Bearings: (8) anti-friction pillow block bearings. Wheel Shaft: Machined from cold rolled steel to be compatible with bearing design. Gear & Pinion: Driven pinion on a jackshaft with bearings. Rotary Drum: (1) FEECO International counter flow, straight tube type rotary drum cooler, 6' (1829 mm) inside diameter x 48' (14630 mm ) long of A36 plate construction complete with inlet end plate and the following: Internals: Full curtain formed steel flighting fabricated from A36 steel plate. 8' bare section included at the discharge end to accommodate a coating application to the tumbling material bed. Tires: Seamless, machined-face, 1045 forged steel, 180-210 BHN. Wheels: Machined face, high carbon AISI 4140 steel, 230-270 BHN. Wheel Bearings: (8) anti-friction pillow block bearings.
