Equipped with 3 tier (4) blade each stainless steel agitator powered by 15 HP 3/60/208-230 /460 volt motor. thru Philadelphia model 3855M, 1800 Input / 56 Output, 31.4:1 ratio gearbox. Has (4) internal baffles. (2) 2” and (2) 4” side bottom outlets. 2” center bottom drain. 24” side bottom manway. Top Fittings: (2) 8”, (1) 6”, (1) 4”, (1) 2”, and (1) 12”. Lug mounted. (NOTE: One 8" nozzle is damaged and needs repair to hold rated pressure)

Shell thickness: 0.25", Head thickness 0.25". Top fittings: (1) 2" flanged fitting, (1) 3" flanged fitting, and (1) 6" flanged fitting. 2" flanged center bottom outlet. (2) 2" side top and bottom for level gauge. (1) 3" side top inlet, and (1) 24" side bottom manway. Mounted on (4) I-beam legs giving 11" clearance from bottom outlet to floor. Insulated and covered with aluminum sheathing. Interior is coated with 6 mils of Ruby Red Teflon PFA. Built 2015. Weight 1900 lbs.

Top Fittings: 12" "U" vent. 3" center bottom drain. (1) 4" side top inlet, (1) 6" side bottom outlet, (1) 12" side bottom inlet connected to downspout sparge tube. (1) 2" side bottom inlet for level switch, (1) 2" offset bottom outlet for temperature transmitter, and (1) 30" side bottom manway. (8) center baffle clips, (2) center baffles, (2) outer baffles .Shell and Head thickness 0.25". Mounted on (4) angle iron legs giving 23" clearance from bottom outlet to floor.
